Choose from 4 species of ram: Texas Dall, Corsican, Black Hawaiian or Painted Desert (Rams will average ½ curl to ¾ curl)

Fully Guided Hunt / Safari Style, Spot & Stalk
BOW hunters Thursday PM and Friday AM - you are welcome to stay until Sunday if you have not taken an animal; however you will be required to hunt with a RIFLE beginning on Friday afternoon.
RIFLE hunters Friday PM, Saturday AM/PM
2 Nights Lodging minimum
Evening meal during your stay. All other meals/snacks/drinks will be coordinated with the host and other hunters.

ABOUT Tatonka Creek Ranch
The ranch is nestled in the legendary rugged brush country of South Texas near the little town of Benavides. Located in Duval county and a convenient drive from Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Houston, Tatonka Creek is the perfect place to disconnect and truly escape everyday life. While hunting there you will see many species of wildlife from Europe, India, Asia, Africa and of course our beautiful Texas!
Bighorn Lodge has been newly renovated with all the comforts of home. It’s “your home away from home in the woods!” It includes a complete indoor kitchen / outdoor grill, multiple bathrooms with tiled showers and living room with satellite tv.
Next to Bighorn Lodge, hunters can practice their shooting skills at “Chief Eagle Eyes Gun Range.” During the day in between hunts, guests can stroll over to “Geronimo’s Fishing Hole” and try their luck with the catfish and perch. Catch and Release only.
WILL NEED TO PROVIDE
A valid Texas hunting license/hunter safety certification
A previously sighted-in scoped rifle/ammo or bow/arrows. (We can help you find the caliber you need! Recommended .223 or larger caliber. Rifle hunters should be able to hit a bullseye at at least 100 yards. If bow hunting will be your option you must be able to hit a pie plate size target at at least 30 yards to make an ethical shot)

Hunting gear, camo or dark clothing preferred to blend into your blind or cover.
Ice chest for meat if wanting to take meat home
