I am responsble for my own actions and if I am asked to leave early (for misconduct or being unsafe to myself or put others at danger), I understand there is no refund available. I also understand and I will not be allowed to join on any other events with Texas Women's Outdoors, LLC.

If minors are accompanying you (17 years and younger). Please list their (Minor(s)) First name, last name, and date of birth for each child that will be joining. A parent or legal guardian MUST be present at an event. Please let us know who will be accompanying the minor add their full name and phone number.

Please ensure all your information is current and correct. We will be contacting hunt/event attendees no later than one week prior to your trip. If you have not received a call or email one week prior to your event, please email: texaswomensoutdoors@gmail.com so we may assist in putting you in contact with your TWO hunt/activity coordinator. Like all hunting of true wild game on public land & private ranches, we cannot guarantee an animal. To increase your opportunity of taking home a trophy, please practice your marksmanship before arriving and give some effort to prepare physically.
