Come join us for a morning of Quail Hunting followed by Wine tasting and Charcuterie. We will start with breakfast tacos and coffee followed by a morning hunt, and then local wine tasting with an awesome charcuterie board. The wines will also pair with Quail. During our wine tasting we will discuss different ways to prepare your quail and what wines work best.

Meals are included (breakfast and wine/charcuterie)
Guide and bird dog included
Lodging not included, but nearest town/s Huntsville or College Station for anyone needing lodging.

We wanted to create a sportsman’s paradise to escape the city life, yet convenient enough to have you back home for dinner with the family. As a preserve, our hunting season runs from October – April each year.
